This predominately standing workout is an effective hybrid of Pilates, dance, cardio and strength-training. The mat portion at the end of class is adapted to suit in pregnancy.

Split in two halves each class of this 4 week block offers bonding time with baby and some time for mum stretching and toning her postpartum body. Learn and bond with baby by learning infant massage techniques and then take time out for you with stretching and toning through post partum safe yoga and pilates exercises.
