Pregnancy and Post Natal Classes in East Auckland Howick, Botany, Pakuranga

Mummy and Baby Yoga/Massage

This 4 week course of 45 min sessions is split into 2 segments. First is for baby- massage and yoga and Second is for you Mum - pilates and yoga. $60 Courses start soon
Pregnacy Group Classes
Classes specifically designed for expectant Mums. 3 class options, flexible enrolment and commitment. All fitness levels and abilities welcome. Suitable from 15 weeks to full term.
Mums/Bubs Postnatal Classes
Take some time out for you without needing to get a sitter. Mummy and Baby Yoga and Massage or Mums + Little Ones Pilates Classes are child friendly and a great way to ease back into excercise.
Coffee group/private
Tailor sessions just for you or for you and your girlfriends. Solo sessions and Coffee Groups sessions designed specifically for you.
General Adult only Classes
Looking for a range of general population, adult only classes classes? Moxie Pilates (BumpYoga's sister company) runs Pilates and Barre classes.
