Yoga, Pilates and Barre are offered to enable to stretch, strengthen and tone your body to prepare for the changes pregnancy and birth brings to your body. Classes are designed to take at your own pace and how you are feeling on the night. All fitness levels welcome and no prior experience necessary.

UNWIND: This 1 hour class is a fantastic way to give you down time from your busy life. Invigorating and uplifting the yoga postures and pilates exercises will strengthen and tone your body, while the relaxation and breathing will relieve stress and tension and encourage deep rest.
STRETCH MOVE & CHILL: These 1 hour long sessions are designed to start your weekend off right! A fusion of Yoga, Pilates, and TOTAL Barre, this class will help you strengthen and tone your body and finishes with a lovely relaxation to leave you feeling energised for the weekend ahead.
