Tuesday Night Unwind
This 1 hour class is a fantastic way to give you down time from your busy life. Invigorating and uplifting the yoga postures and pilates exercises will strengthen and tone your body, while the relaxation and breathing will relieve stress and tension and encourage deep rest.
Saturday Stretch Move and Chill
These 1 hour long sessions are designed to start your weekend off right! A fusion of Yoga, Pilates, and TOTAL Barre, this class will help you strengthen and tone your body and finishes with a lovely relaxation to leave you feeling energised for the weekend ahead.
moxie Barre
Wanting a class with a little bit more energy? This moderate intensity, low impact general population Moxie Barre class is suitable in pregnancy too. This is primarily a standing based class using the the ballet barre for stability and the exercises can be easily modified to suit how you are feeling on the day. All set to music this class will have you moving, smiling and feeling great.
Mummy and Baby Massage/Yoga
Learn infant massage and baby yoga techniques, as well as take some time for you to rebuild your core, back and leg strength and tone. This 4 week course of 45 min sessions is split into 2 segments. First is for baby- massage and yoga and Second is for you Mum - pilates and yoga. * Suitable for babies from approx 8 weeks old once you have been cleared for exercise by your LMC.
Mums + Little Ones Pilates
Express style workouts that you can bring your little one/s to. That means no childcare required, and any age child is welcome - heck you can even bring your whole crew! These classes are designed to stretch and tone your whole body, as well as strengthen and stabilise your core. While you work out, your little one can play, sleep or join in - it’s up to you and them! These sessions are booked in for an hour which includes a 45 min workout and allows time for settling in, packing up and getting to know other mum’s. Suitable once you have been cleared for exercise from your LMC.
Coffee Group Sessions
Exercise is just more fun with friends, so grab your girlfriends/coffee group and book a fun group session just for you and your mates. These 50 min sessions can be done in the comfort of one of your homes, or for a small additional hire fee we can rent a space too. Pre and postnatal fitness, toning and general strengthening, barre or Pilates, and can even include learning infant massage techniques. Please allow an hour for these bookings. Suitable once you have been cleared for exercise from your LMC.
Private Sessions
Perhaps class times don’t suit, or you prefer some individual attention. These private sessions located in your own home can be one on one or for a couple, and are tailored to meet your own individual/couple needs. So whether you want to work on core strength, toning and strengthening, increased mobility and flexibility, or even postural analysis, we can come up with a program that is tailored made! These 50 min workout sessions are also great for busy mum’s with small children as the session can be timed around your little ones sleeps, and I can come to your home.
Moxie Pilates and Barre Classes
A variety of postnatal class options are available at BumpYoga's sister company, Moxie Pilates. Moxie Pilates offers a range of mat pilates and barre classes for EVERY body. Classes are suitabe for all abilities, experience and fitness levels, so whether you have had your baby recently or ages ago there is something on the timetable for you!
