BumpYoga has 3 classes on the time table to suit your pregnancy fitness needs. 


Monday Night Unwind

Fantastic way to give you down time from your busy life. Invigorating and uplifting the yoga postures and pilates exercises will strengthen and tone your body, while the relaxation and breathing will relieve stress and tension and encourage deep rest.

Wednesday Night Strengthen, Move and Groove 

The is a moderate intensity  pilates and Total Barre class designed to keep up your fitness levels, as well as maintain or slightly increase muscle strength and tone. The class is set you music using Pilates and TOTAL Barre techniques.

Saturday Morning Stretch, Move and Chill 

The class to start your weekend off right! A fusion of Yoga, Pilates, and TOTAL Barre this class will help you strengthen and tone your body and finishes with a lovely relaxation to leave you feeling energised for the weekend ahead. 


BumpYoga has 2 classes on offer that you can bring your little one with you. 


Mummy and Baby Yoga/Massage

Mummy and Baby Yoga/ Massage- Learn infant massage and baby yoga techniques, as well as take some time for you to rebuild your core, back and leg strength and tone. 

4 week course of 45 min sessions split into 2 segments. First is for baby- massage and yoga and Second is for you Mum - pilates and yoga.  

* Suitable for babies from approx 8 weeks old until they are on the move

Mums + Little Ones

Expect an express style workout that suits all levels of fitness with a focus on core strength, toning and firming. While you workout your little one can play, sleep or take part...it's up to you and them.

 45 min class - variety of mat and standing Pilates exercises, as well as, TOTAL Barre and Yoga.

* any age or number of children are welcome

Other Classes and Sessions on Offer

Coffee groups and One-on-One

If class times don't suit, then you may want to consider One-on-One, Couples or Coffee Group Sessions. 

These private sessions are fantastic for busy people who struggle to find time for a class, and those that prefer that extra attention and results that can be achieved from a session focused on their goals. Also greta for busy Mums with small children as the session can be timed around your little ones sleeps and we can come to your home. 

Coffee group session are heaps fo fun for a group of friends to work out tougher. 

Sessions are an hour and can be tailored to suit your needs:

  • Increased flexibility and mobility
  • Baby Massage and/or yoga
  • Postural Analysis and programming
