Jana's BumpYoga classes are awesome. You get a decent stretch and workout but the classes aren't too strenuous. Jana is a great instructor and love going to her classes!

I came to Bump Yoga with my son over 3 years ago and then went on to do baby massage and yoga with both kids and now also mums and bubs pilates for the second time. Jana is so friendly, encouraging and offers a lot of flexibility with her classes which is great for busy mums. It’s awesome to be able to exercise somewhere that allows you to bring your baby. I think the kids almost have more fun being entertained by each other. Highly recommend all her classes!
